The Nest Wellness Studio was founded in December 2019 by 2 passionate Educators Nora and Nabilah, carrying the vision of educating, supporting and easing the journey of parents to be into parenthood.
Located on Jln Pasar Gadong, The Nest is Brunei’s 1st private establishment in the field of pre & postnatal education, providing a comfortable, private and safe space for young parents as well as for their little ones.
Aside from providing classes for parents to be that ranges from prenatal yoga, childbirth preparation classes, breastfeeding class and postpartum, The Nest also provides mental health support services that ranges from support group for new mothers, addressing anxiety in pregnancy and post birth to marriage counselling for the new parents.
Our educators are professionals, trained in the normalcy of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. They are not medically trained and cannot provide case specific or medical advice. All our Educators are certified to ensure quality in our teaching to its best standards.
